Contact Us First

Before returning any item, you must contact us at posturebracing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return in accordance with your legal rights.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.

• Returned with all original packaging where reasonably possible.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
